Morning Yin Yoga

Morning Yin Yoga is a heart-centered practice designed to awaken your energy and set a positive tone for the day. Morning classes are a great way to start your day, offering a gentle yet powerful opportunity to open the day, expand the heart space, and invite clarity and intention.

This class focuses on long held, supported postures that open the chest and shoulders, release stored tension, and encourage deep, mindful breathing. While the pace is slow, the effects are energizing. Helping you feel open, focused, and emotionally balances as you move into your day.
